- 1 cup total of chopped red bell pepper and chopped onion
- 2 oz. diced green chilies
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 pound ground, lean turkey
Saute peppers, onions and green chilies in olive oil. Add oregano, sea salt and black pepper. Add this mixture to the ground turkey and form into 2-4 patties. Saute in olive oil or grill, turning gently to avoid breaking apart.
