Peak Performance Start-Up Session

Before we even take you through a workout, we first take the time to find out exactly what you need.  During our Peak Performance Start-Up Session, which is performed in your home at your convenience, we will learn about your health history, any past injuries, your training history, and your specific goals.  We will also take you through a range of motion and flexibility evaluation known as the Functional Movement Screen.  The FMS will help us learn about any imbalances that you may have that could eventually cause an injury and bring to light the cause of a past or current injury.  During this screen, we will have you perform 7 basic movements that will help us determine exactly where your program should start and what it should include to get you to wherever it is you ultimately want to be.
