    • These goals are pretty consistent in the performance training industry, but our detailed approach is how we differentiate.  We fully understand that no two athletes are the same, so in our testing/evaluation period, we put each athlete into patterns that will challenge strength, mobility, and proper sequence of firing.  This valuable information, in conjunction with our on-court performance tests, allows us to create a program to optimize every second training our teams.

The Coaches at PPT have had the pleasure to play a role in the development of over 100 Collegiate Scholarship Athletes, and the honor to see more than 20 become All-Conference performers, 5 go on to be All-Americans, and 1 become a National Champion.  We currently provide the Basketball Strength and Conditioning for 3 Chicagoland High Schools, and work in conjunction with the staff at Loyola Sports Medicine and Athletico Physical Therapy in providing programs/guidance to young athletes post physical therapy/injury.
